I have ordered citaaz telescop on **th april **** on **th april **.** pm order deliverd and i have paid cash with shared otp.same there is no any labeling on package only wrap with amazon tap I have checked and found its dummy not working so i wish to return so in the app i go to my order and click for return and cancel . In the system order was undelivered and with my return action order was return to seller . So i was not eligible for refund as per system . But actually that was amazon mistake as order delivered by eve and after * to * hrs its showing undelivered . At the same time i complain to amazon after that followup so many time but problem not solve .
