I have ordered a cake from Karachi bakery for birthday, the cake was completely spilled, deformed and not at all looking edible. I talked to customer agent and the response was not too good. They said they were not responsible for the issue. They said that the restaurant is responsible. Actually it was the delivery boy's mistake and they were saying that it is restaurant's mistake. My day was ruined and frustrating to cut a cake like that. Swiggy was very rude towards me when I explained the issue.
