मैने ** मार्च **** को सुबह **:* मिनट मे एल बी नगर मैट्रो स्टेशन से रामोजी राव फिल्मसिटी हैदराबाद जाने ओला कैब बुक किया जिसका बूकिन्ग नम्बर CRN********** था।कुछ समय बाद ड्राईवर का कॉल आया आप कहा पर है?मैने अप्ना लोकेशन बताया मैट्रो से विजयवाडा जाने वाला रोड मे लेफ्ट साइड में हूं चुकी ओला कैब लोकेशन बेस पर काम करता है उसको मेरी लोकेशन पर आना चाहिये पर वह नही आया और बोला आप दुसरे साइड आइये मै दुसरे साइड गया * से * बार बार कॉल किया पर वो मुझे अपने जगह पर बुला रहे थे मैने कोसिस की मैट्रो लाईन पार कर पहुच्ना चाहा पर तबतक कैब वाला राइड cancel करके cancelation charge लेके चला गया। चूँकि मैं वहाँ नया था मुझे दुबारा कैब करना पड़ा उसके परिणाम स्वरूप मैं वहा लेट पहुचा और वहा का बहुत सुन्दर सुबह का नजारा नही देख पाया।और कंपनी के खिलाफ शिकायत रास्ट्रीय ग्राहक मदद में किया गया था पर कंपनी द्वारा कोई भी कार्यवाही नही किया गया।इसके एवज मे मुझे मेरी deducted राशि के साथ साथ compansesaion मिलना चाहिये।जिससे भविष्य में ऐसे किसी के साथ ये कैब वाले ना करें।
