My wife booked a cab in ola and the driver called and asked to cancel the ride and my wife said we will be charged if we cancel and the drive started absuing very badly.When i tried to call ola customer care call was not getting connected.I also went to ola office in Kukatpally hyderabad they said we will not take customer complaints.
