Hi Team,
Myself prashant utture would like to cancel the Byjus services which were opted for my son Arjun Utture, as the study content is not available as agreed.
I am struggling with the customer service people and the mentor assigned as there is no proper support. Incomplete study material provided in the first instance, then after regular followups, I was promised that all the study content i.e. chapters as per *nd standard ICSE will be there but its not there in any of the material provided.
Continuous calling to customer service and non-availability of mentor Sanjana is frustrating. Please cancel this and update as soon as possible.
