- Bus ticket refund denied ^Open

I booked a bus ticket on the Easemytrip Platform for **-May from Dehradun ISBT till Gurgaon. Bus operator: M. S. Gajraj Tour & Travels. After reaching the Dehradun bus stand an hour before the boarding time, when I called the bus conductor for the exact location for boarding, he asked me to board the bus from Rishikesh. This is like ** KM away from the original boarding point, and there was no way I could have reached there.

Up on cancelling the request, Easemytrip make me to wait for * weeks and finally informed me that the bus operator denied the refund due to the customer unable to board the bus.

I even shared the call record (Audio) that i had with the bus conductor, but still the bus operator denied me the refund.

I lost my money and had to go through hardship in arranging alternate travel plans at the last minute.

I can post the call record as well as the ticket booking.
