We booked bus ticket from Trichy to chennai. Travel date - * May ****. We got the e ticket from Yatra .com mentioned the departure time as *.**. PM. But the bus got departed morning ** am where the travels shared a e ticket where the timing mentioned as ** am.
Because of this , we dint travel on our tickets . So we require refund
