First they changed my boarding point and then they took ** rs for the luggage insurance. Then the bus hault was not on the good restaurant their charges were so high and food was not good in taste as well. But the main thing happens when i was near to my dropping point i came to know that my all luggage was wet. To drying the my bag and clothes it cost me more than my bus ticket. The thing i wanted to tell is why they took a luggage insurance from me
