We waited for almost * hrs for bus to arrive but it didn't. Moreover, bus operator didnt call or pick our calls. We had to take local bus as we can't wait forever and had business meeting next morning. Today, we tried contacting redBus via registered phone but we heard music for almost ** mins. Their complaint page goes nowhere and is blank after OTP confirmation. I spent **** for bus booking and then this level of customer support!!!
I want my money back.
