Booked bus of **:** pm from Hinjewadi phata pune to Borivali Mumbai
Shivneri came at *:** pm and left inspite of waving hands at it.
Red bus operators and msrtc operations did not receive calls and slammed call on my face. Poor service. No refund processed for the bus missed and inconvenience caused

I think in a bus there must be curtains or a atleast a wire so that we can put something on it for Windows of bus as we know continuously sunlight affects body as well as mind. If we travel in morning people who come first sit on west side seat...
