At *’o clock bus got broke the bus driver or bus owner or redBus support can’t do anything they didn’t provided the alternative also still * we struggled for alternative lucky at *am we got bus they charged same the bus price **** so and more over it’s not to my destination also and again I have to take another bus so totally I lost **** actually redbus has to take responsibility but instead of that they were telling they will give *** who is the responsibility if anything happened to us?
