We ordered ** Veg puffs and ** egg puffs for an office party, and received burnt Veg puffs. It couldn't be eaten by anyone. When I tried to file a complaint with Swiggy support, they refused to let us upload the pictures. So, I emailed customer service, and when I received the response, I became extremely frustrated and irritated. What role does the swiggy app play if the restaurant only participates in food preparation? Every time I report the issue, they simply say is that we can't help you anymore.
I have posted in social media same irresponsible response. We are facing so many issues.. this is not the first time.. worst customer support.
