My product came in broken into pieces when I recieved it. The delivery person claims that it was due to bad packaging. Even though the knew it was a fragile product, they cared less to pack it properly. I sent numerous emails (since I could not reach them by call) and they ask me to wait for *-* days every time. It has been over a month since I was promised a replacement and there were no more updates since.
