I was book my household items through gati service vide docket No ********* on ** October **. However, the items were delivered on ** October ** in which five items found totally broken . Subsequently i lodged a complaint in gati company through customer executive vide No **** ****. Inspite of repeated call and email , no reply received till date. I was also forward damaged picture of the items through email, but no action taken by company till date. Kindly take action accordingly and refund my damaged money at the earliest please.
