i ordered a led tv from patm mall on *nd december and on *th december received the tv. on opening it was found that the the tv was broken. i raised return request immediately and sent them all videos and pictures of unboxing. after many days finall on **th december they have replied that tv cannot be returned. this is a fundamental breach of contract and i need to be compensated for the damaged product.
