I used no broker packaging services on August * ****. I also bought insurance against all damages. My study table arrived broken to my house. I sent the images to no broker within * days as prescribed by Roshan, my movement manager since the insurance links were not working. I was assured immediate resolution. I have been following up with no broker for the last * months and the team has stopped responding to my emails.
Everytime I call no broker, they assure me resolution in few days however we have spent nearly * months in this back and forth without any resolution.
