An ad from Dailyknots.com appeared on my Instagram Feeds on *th August **** and as I like the products as described by them I had placed an order on the same day for * palazzos (Product Codes - SKU-Orange/Palazzo, SKU-Brown/Palazzo, SKU-Rama/Palazzo, SKU-Green/Palazzo) worth Rs. *,***/- on *th August **** itself. However, initially there was no tracking information or a confirmation of the order received so i tried calling them but it never went through but after sending them the mail i received my order on **th August ****, but the product delivered was completely different from what I ordered and also of very poor quality. So it would be better that the team of Dailyknots.com refund me my entire amount in bank account number or take responsibility to deliver me the same products as shown on the website.
