I bought boAt BassHeads *** in-Ear Wired Earphones from amazon in october ****. After * months, one of the earpiece stopped working, though the product was under warranty I claimed for the warranty, boat company took my earphones from my home on ** june **** and my complaint number is *******. As per the tracking, the replacement product was issued on ** july ****. But till now it has not been despatched. I have called them several times and I sent an email also...but no response..cutomer care executive only says it will be despatched next week but that next week never comes....they are just making fool.
