I am writing to bring to your attention a significant delay regarding a withdrawal request from my BitBNS wallet. I had requested a withdrawal of ₹**** over * months ago, but the amount has not been credited to my account yet.
Details of the transaction are as follows:
• Amount: ₹****
• Transaction Date: **/March/****
Despite multiple follow-ups and reminders sent to your team, I have not received any resolution or update regarding this issue. This prolonged delay is highly inconvenient and disappointing. As proof of the transaction, I have attached a screenshot for your reference.
I kindly request you to investigate this matter on priority and provide me with an update at the earliest. Please let me know if any additional information is required to expedite the resolution.
Looking forward to your prompt response.
And if you are not filling to give me back my money thats fine but atleast don’t keep wasting my time by making me send emails and raising tickets . Just pathetic support i have received so far . Atleast be little responsive and tell things upfront .
