Hi team,
This is in reference to my complaint against airtel as they have harassed me mentally from past * month. Below Is my trail :
I have applied for the *** plan family plan and has been told by Varsha ( Sushant lok sector ** gurgaon opp. Hong kong bazar) that my two numbers will be working under that plan and the bill for both the number will be ***+GST. So I said okay. The very following month my bill got generated which was fine however after the another month they have sent me two different bills for both the numbers which is total of ****rs. And due to lockdown I couldn’t visit their office now when I visited there office they said its miss we can give you **% of the claim.. now it was there fault and they have been harassing me for the same. I would like someone to please look into the same.
