I have enquired in Kolors health care for skin lightening treatment in Chennai branch. They provided skin peel treatment for face and neck which costs ***** for **sessions and * face PRP and convinced me to take the treatment in EMI of **months. I paid *months EMI as initial down payment and received bill for **k and i was informed that remaining bill will be issued in next session. After that the point of contact person did * session of peel and forced me to take another package for ** Glutathione injunction process and ** full body skin peel treatment for **k and i paid **k as initial down payment. And i was not able to go for sessions *months due to my health condition. And again I visited th branch they asked me to pay **k to re-initiate my sessions or else they asked me to take advanced session for **k and they forced me to take that. I enquired for warts removal they told that they will remove warts in my full body for **k. So i paid **k and they removed only few warts and still its not cleared completely when I ask to remove the * extra wart they asked me to pay *k extra. I denied to pay so they didn't removed that wart.
When I take advanced session they told that all glutathione and peel treatment will be started freshly. So it's ** peels for face and full body ** glutathione.
Here my complaint is i spent more than *Lakhs and haven't received any bill. Whenever I insist for bill the POC will say will give it next session. Last * weeks i asked for the bill strictly she said we can't take old bills. So its not possible to provide bill.
I don't have any proof of bills that I paid *L. I have only the statement of loan account which I paid in EMI.
