I booked a big TV connection on ** march. They gave max time ** days for new connection then they gave ** june for it, when I tried to connect customer care they don't reply. Till today ** August they don't reply single time nor gave me connection. When I call customer care they simply say your connection will deliver soon but they unable to say how much soon. I totally feel cheated by big tv, kindly help me
