I had placed a bet in **bet on tennis of Aleksandr Nedovyesov vs Alexey Vatutin. The tenis match started at **:** IST and i placed bet at **:** IST at that time the score at offical website is *-*. In this case i placed a bet on "Aleksandr Nedovyesov" who scored * points with betting odds of *.**. But the name in the ticket is changed, so contacted to the **bet live chat to tell that my problem, at that time my money is returned back into my account and after that bet i placed another * bets and i won those. When i saw the balance after that it decereses so i intimated to **bet live chat, but they didn't take my problem as serious. And there is another thing that is in the period of **:** to *:** their is a server maintaince. I placed a bet **:**, but in the ticket it shows the score is still *-*, how it is possible match started at **:** and i place at **:** the score should be updated in the site, how can it will be the customers mistake without updating it. It clearly shows that due to server mistakes the bet is wrongly placed. If i lost in that bet how can i place another * bets with that money after that lost. I have attached all the proofs.
