I had travelled from Hyderabad to Bangalore on November **, ****, with Morning Star Travels, which was my worst experience because the bus got broken down a couple of times. I have paid *,*** bucks for an AC sleeper, and they haven't provided a blanket or pillow. This is not good. Moreover What is this behavior? It's been almost a week. The bus broke down, and I was dropped off no where around *** kilometres from my destination, and I lost half a day's salary and got to pay ***-**** bucks for a non-AC seat instead of the AC seat that I had booked earlier. Do you think students are fools since RedBus is playing monopoly in the market? Resolve and refund me; otherwise, I will go to consumer court. (I have been shifted to Vinayaka Travels from Morning Star Travels around *:** a.m. on November **, ****, where I have charged extra bucks of *** rupees.) Later, I have to take the auto to reach my destination since I was dropped at Hebbal, which is not my destination. I had lost *** more bucks.
