I have done a Electricity bill payment of Rs.**** to BESCOM from PhonePe. The amount got debited from my account but the payment is not processed.Whenever I opened the transaction it's showing a message saying "Sending payment request..". I waited for a day and contacted customer care. They said in three working days the problem will be resolved. But till now the problem is not resolved.
