My amaron flo battery which was purchased on ** nov ** which is not ok as per amaron service centre .They r not replacing it with new battery as it is still under * year warranty period. I have registered complaint with them on ** oct **which was not attended by them later on i called them on ** nov ** and they registered new complaint and took my battery for checking .after some days told me your battery is not ok and you can get new battery with **% discount . I told them i have registered complaint with you on ** oct ** which before warranty period , so why should i pay but they are not listening . I have talked to their regional head also who said i cant help.Now they r telling lie that our person has resolved your ** oct complaint and made false entry in their register .i request you to help me resolve my complaint and guide me to teach them a lesson
