- Battery Issue in One Plus Bluetooth ANC Headphone Closed

I am writing to request assistance regarding my OnePlus Z* ANC headphones, purchased on August **, ****. Unfortunately, the battery life does not meet the promised **-hour backup even after following all usage guidelines.
Despite my efforts to reach the service center, I was unable to do so and requested a home pickup for the product. The service person informed me that the warranty would only be applicable if the entire battery drains within an hour, which seems unreasonable given the advertised battery life.
I have documented the battery performance, and I am confident that the issue lies with the product. I kindly request a resolution to this matter under the warranty terms. I need a replacement or refund for this product.
