I would like to inform you that I have raised multiple concerns for battery backup wherein battery has been replaced by bhopal showroom and still getting the same issue and running backup is ** KM in the full ***% charging.
In which I had raised the complaint to the customer care and they had arranged the call with the filled manager and discussed the below mentioned point.
*.Batter backup should *** KM in full charging however they had assured and said for *** KM.
*. Filled manager said backup will be less as per your charging count and it has been reduced post *** days
*.Bhopal showroom employee has been denied the service post battery replacement and said we can't help on it.
Now I am helpless from revolt service hence I am escalating this concern to you. If it is not resolved then I will raise the complaint in the consumer forum and I am sharing it on Twitter and Facebook.
