i have ordered multiple products from brandfactroy on **-**-**** due to fitting issues i have kept return of the products
my order id ******
when courier party DELHIVERY come to pick the product they are not able to scan the EAN number and pickup product they says EAN number not matching and refusing pickup and i have made many calls to brand factory number *********** and emailed many times to care@brandfactoryonline.com
regarding my issues and there is no response from them on calls and emails.
Products we are returning has exact package with barcodes and MRP tags with same bar code same what is sent by them why they give fake codes to couriers to match and cancel our return is this fair I need an explanation from bran factory and I need my every rupee refund from them
