I ordered a Blitzwolf zigbee gateway hub from Banggood on **-**-****. Order No. ********* through Upi Payment(Rs ****). Amount debited from my account and credited to banggood but in order page it still show payment pending and ask me to pay again. I contacted Banggood customer care many times but they refuse to accept that they recieve payment. I show them payment reciept also. but they refuse to process refund.
