Bad experience at goa airport we waited * hrs for my *rd bag which got damaged by Vistara loaders from Mumbai to goa on ** April *** I called Neeta duty manager goa airport but *rd attempt she picked my call and Vistara ground staff to dikshita another slow moving staff wasn’t aware only where my bag was later indigo staff informed me that it was lying in cisf cabin and it was damaged worst ground staff. I simply wasted my * hrs at the airport and unfortunately I booked return flight to Mumbai also from Vistara on Wednesday. Big mistake.
