I ordered a gown from zipker and they shipped me within * days. When I open the packet the quality of the product is very bad. Also, it was damaged so I requested a return. But they didn't contact me at all at my request letter. It is still processing for a week. Now please help me in this regard. I feel like I am being cheated.
