I have ordered a south saree from the website southsarees.com worth Rs.**** on date **.**.**** with order #XY************ and received on **.**.**** from Ecom express. When I opened the parcel I found a low quality and similar looking saree which may be of around not more than Rs. ***. Now when I checked the return policy I found that they have not provided any customer support number on their website and not also on their facebook page. They have only a mail id as info.southsaree@gmail.com and also they have not replied to my mail. When I contacted them on facebook messenger and asked the customer support number they did not reply. It is very important to make people aware of this site so that they can't fool anyone else. I want my money back. Please help.
