I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the fully automatic WC purchased from your company two years ago. It has been nothing short of a nightmare.
In the past two years, this product has malfunctioned approximately ** times. Each time, we have faced an unacceptable delay of around two months to resolve the issues. The reasons for these delays have ranged from unavailability of parts to various other complications, which is completely unacceptable for a product of this nature.
The frequency of these breakdowns is not only frustrating but also disruptive to our daily lives. A WC is a basic necessity, and being without a functional unit for such extended periods is intolerable. We expected a reliable product from Jaquar, a brand that prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction. Instead, we have received consistent disappointment.
This situation is untenable. We demand immediate action to rectify this ongoing issue. We expect a thorough investigation into the product's reliability and a permanent solution, whether that means repairing the unit with guaranteed parts or replacing it entirely.
Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves. I look forward to your prompt response outlining how you plan to resolve this issue once and for all.
