On **/**/****, a message was received that an amount of Rs. ****/- deducted by my SB account (PNB Barakambha Road). It is stated that someone else has done fraud with my SB account and withdrew an amount of Rs. ****/- at a place Safdarjung Enclave. On the next day i.e. **/**/****, I had made a written complaint and described the matter and copy of the same received from my PNB bank but no such positive response is given so far. Further after the expiry of one month, I made a second written complaint to the PNB bank on dated **/**/**** and thereafter I made a complaint to RBI and explained the matter vide ticket Number ***************. No such response is given in this matter so far. Still, I am waiting for my amount of Rs. ****/- to be credited the same at the earliest. In view of the above, it is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and may be credited the same amount as soon as possible. I shall be highly obliged for this.
