I have purchases Yuv Baby boy Tshirts of Yuvaraj online Fashion on *nd May through Meesho app. Its costs Rs ***, as I paid through phonepe I got **rs Discount. Post giving UPI Amount got deducted. However, as I received call at the same time. So I have not realized that amount got deducted. Also deduction message not camE immediately. In Meesho app, it was still asking for UPI. Also no confirmation shown as you purchased so and so product and delivery date would be so and so. So I have given UPI once again and ***Rs deducted once again. While calling customer care, they told me As amount deducted twice, so *** Rs will get deposited in my Account in * to * days. Post calling on *th day, they told * days not includes Saturday and sunday. So, they confirmed I will get the amount on **th May. Till **th May I have not received amount. When I called on **th They are saying check with phonepe customer service. What type of Customer service Meesho team is giving I dont know. Really Pathetic.
