Booked an international travel ticket on *-Aug-**** through makemytrip.com. The site reported booking failed but an amount of ₹**,*** was deducted from my bank account. There is no way I can speak to anyone in this company and have no idea when this amount will be refunded. My MakeMyTrip Booking id - NN**T**Q*JDWITXN****. The payment was made through google pay and the google pay transaction id is **** **** ****. The Merchant / Travel Agent MakeMytrip must provide a mechanism to resolve the issue.
