I ordered multiple items from BLINKIT (formerly known as GROFERS) on * jan ** for Rs ****/- but i did not recd even a single item till now. on * jan ** i requested and complained to customer care * times but they did not do anything and save their delivery boy. as per BLINKIT delivery boy he dropped all the items outside the main gate and he did neither call nor sms me. how do i know he dropped the item. BLINKIT customer care told me they were unable to raise complaint number due to BLINKIT policy.
