On **/**/**** I requested for installation of setup box. The technician started the payment procedure. I paid through Paytm an amount of Rs*,***. Within a few minutes the technician said there was a technical error and the payment didn’t go through. He said the paid amount would be credited back into my account within **-**hrs. It’s passed **days and I’m yet to receive the paid amount. Registered a complaint but it’s futile.
