I have booked the hotel on ** oct **** by using OYO and done online payment.
when i was trying to checked in that hotel that hotel is refused to checked-In than oyo promissed that they will refund my money. i have sent them so many mail all the time they are telling the amount has been transfer in my account but i didn't got my refundable amount till date. it almost ** days has been completed.
Request you to please look in to this matter.
