I purchased a product through phone pe from mtcgame.com. amount deducted from my account but I didn't get the product. They cancelled my order ** days later but I didn't get any refund. When I contact then they told me I have to contact with UPI bank. When I contacted with phone pe they said merchandiser didn't initiate any refund.
