So, I use Razorpay rarely, only when the client demands a payment link, otherwise they do a bank transfer or pay through UPI. Recently one of my clients asked for it, and we used razorpay to create a payment link and the gateway accepted the payment. Then after two days, I realized that they havent yet settled the funds in my bank account. Upon checking with them, they said that the account is on hold. Why did they took the payment or allowed us to generate a link in the first place?
Anyway, after a long thread of mails and replies, they are still just wasting time and not returning the funds to my account.
They should realize that if the account was on hold (there is no reason for this too by the way), why did they accept the payment or generated the link?
Please help us in getting the funds back.
