- Amount debited from mobikiwik wallet without my concern Open

On **th Jan, while adding amount of Rs **** to mobikiwik wallet, amount got deducted from my PNB account but was not added in mobikiwik due to which I raised complaint on both parties. After two days , amount got added in my wallet.
On *th Feb, Rs **** got deducted from my mobikiwik wallet without my concern.
On raising complaint to their customer executive, they are repeatedly(like robots) saying that the charge back request has been raised by my bank team, so amount will get credit in my bank account.
On contacting bank team, they are saying the request has been rejected by them since the transaction was successful in mobikiwik. So it is mobikiwik responsibility to credit amount back to my wallet.
I have even shared my bank account statement with mobikiwik team which is clearly stating that no amount has been credited till date in my bank account.
Also I have shared the bank response with them even then they are not taking action.
This is mobikiwik's service. The fraud app which believes in looting customers. I have raised so many tickets with them and it's been more then ** months but no action has been taken till now.
