I am writing to bring to attention an issue with my recent bus ticket booking. On [**.**.**], I attempted to book a ticket for [Thanjavur] through [YOLO BUS APK]. The amount of [****] was debited from my [Axis credit card] account (Transaction ID: [**********]). However, I have not received any confirmation regarding my ticket.I have called many times to the provide customer care number they denied to pick it. i have sended a mail and waited for couple of days no response or reply mail from them.
