I recharged my mobile number on **/May/**** with Rs.***(Rs.** offer) plan. Rs.*** got debited from the account through UPI transaction but recharged plan was not activated against my Airtel prepaid number. Since I am trying to reach Airtel customer care via phone, email, complaint tickets, but non of these approach worked. I even checked with the bank, they said the payment was successful to beneficiary (airtelin.rzp@icici).
