had ordered boat rockers *** orange red headphones on august ** **:**.
the money was paid and debited from my account.
but neither the order was confirmed nor was the package delivered. but amount was debited from my account.
even after many calls and emails to the website specified address, no action was taken, which caused great mental stress and irritation
