I recharged mobile from Airtel mobile app and paid the recharge amount using Airtel wallet. The transaction got failed and I received the message for the same but the refund is not credited into my wallet. I received only message for the transaction and there is no transaction id generated for the same.
When I contacted Airtel payments bank customer care, they updated me to wait till ** hours. Now its more than ** hours still there is no refund happened.
