ORDER # ***-*******-*******, I had placed an order of Fort Collin women's Jacket in Tan color but again and again they are sending me wrong product. In-spite of making them aware that there is something wrong with seller and kindly check and then only send but they have ignored my complaints and mails. They are not ready to co-operate at all and misbehaving with the issue. I want replacement of the wrong product with my Original product ordered. They are not providing me any befit ether on the value of product if they are asking me to place a new order. Also they are ignorant about the blacklisting of the seller. This seller has repeatedly harassed me with same issue few moths back. They are not taking anything seriously as I have caught there Fraud. Kindly issue them a strict warning letter as they think legal system in India is not good and they can cheat everyone anytime. Over the chats they have repeatedly told me that no one can do anything regarding them. If I want I can go legal way they don't care.
