- Amazon Neither Delivering my order nor refunding my amount from last one month Open

i have placed these orders on ** th jUNE AND THE EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE WAS **rd June but the order is still not dispatched now the issue is the order is stuck and it's not getting cancelled and my amount is stuck refund is stuck for these order .
this is not what i expect from amazon and the main thing i have called several times to customer support team regarding this said but i'm not getting any help and solution from them.
Respected Sir, I sincerely request you to kindly cancel my order and refund my amount or provide me the replacement for these four orders if it is not possible to deliver it to me .
