I have paid the amount through airtel payment link for * month advance rental vfiber plan (CAF#:*******, Transaction ID: *********). But, the installation is not yet done. I have been calling the dealers (Rajkumar **********, Nagaraj **********)continuously and also, opened complaints through Airtel customer care. But none of the actions has been taken till now for installation. I am really frustrated with the service provided and the irresponsible dealers/employees airtel has employed. I lost my interest in getting the connection and going for refund (Request #: ********) of my amount paid. I need the refund without any hassle. Airtel should take action against the irresponsible dealers/employees for making false promises and making the customer suffer.
